The purpose of this Request of Proposal (RFP) is to select the most-qualified Consultant to provide Engineering Design Services for the Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates for the renovations of the existing women’s and men’s restrooms located at Rosemead Park, adjacent to the Aquatic Center Project RFP No. 2024-13. There are a total of two restrooms adjacent to the Aquatic Center, one women’s restroom and one men’s restroom. Both restrooms are in need of upgrading the deteriorating structures and inclusion of ADA compliant fixtures. Scope shall also include recommendations for descaling the existing sewer lateral up to the sewer main.
