Scope of Services The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a PAVEMENT CONDITION EVALUATION & PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PMP) UPDATE. The City seeks a fully qualified and experienced firm (Proposer) to develop a new Pavement Management Program (PMP). The most recent PMP (Citywide) Final Report Update for 2021-2026, was prepared and submitted to the City of Menifee on July 1, 2021 by Bucknam and Associates. The new PMP will provide the Public Works staff with the necessary data to predict the future needs of its M&R program.
