SCOPE OF WORK The City is requesting competitive bids to remove and replace four (4) roll up door motors located at the north and south side of the SARTC parking garage for a more robust system than what is currently in place. The SARTC is located at 1000 E Santa Ana Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92701, and has a high demand for parking, and all four gates open and close only two (2) times per day. The selected Contractor shall have the physical and technical ability, staff, equipment, and financial resources to provide the following at minimum: To remove and haul existing motors at all four (4) roll up gates To install four (4) motors with chain hoist back up To install retro-reflective photo eyes (4) And any necessary renovations required to complete the project
