A Specific Plan Amendment to add a new use and related standards for the new use. Proposed new use is a private event center to hold weddings, private parties, etc. within an existing pavilion. A Conditional Use Permit to allow for a private event center to operate within an existing golf course.B. City staff has sent a formal SB18 Tribal Consultation Request to the Native American Heritage Commission and is waiting for a response.C. City staff has sent formal AB52 Notification Letters to the required tribes (Pechanga, Agua Caliente, Rincon, Soboba, and Torres Martinez). Responses were received from Rincon and Pechanga at the time of this writing. Both Tribes requested consultation.
