Scope of Services The Project involves essential field and fencing improvements at Willard Elementary School, Eliot Arts Middle School, and Sierra Madre Elementary School. The scope of the Project includes weed abatement, surface leveling, and restoration of natural grass, as well as other minor improvements to fencing and concrete walls. Additionally, the project at Sierra Madre will introduce new green areas. Work at each school will include a tailored approach encompassing tasks such as leveling, re-sodding, re-seeding, weeding, and planting new vegetation. Implementation will occur across designated play areas at Willard and Sierra Madre Elementary Schools, as well as Eliot Arts Middle School.
