SCOPE OF WORK Unless indicated otherwise, herein, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, supervision and management and pay all taxes required to complete the project described below: Contractor shall deliver potable water from County approved sources during a declared drought disaster as required by County. County will cover all costs for water and water meter devices.
