Plumbing Services

Scope of Work The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) has five (5) bus facilities and eight (8) park-and-ride facilities that require various types of plumbing repairs. On-call plumbing services are required on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed usage. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and personnel to perform all operations in connection with miscellaneous plumbing services. Repairs and services to include but are not limited to: power or mechanical snake of drain and sewage lines, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, lines, gauges, heaters, any of the Authority’s potable water and drain/sewage systems. The Authority will not accept any rental charges for any type of equipment needed to complete a project other than a rodding machine, mainline machine, camera line, leak detector per gas/solder/flus fee or hydrojetter, which are all billed at cost.
