Perris North Nested Monitoring Wells Group B

Scope of Services Under these Specifications the Contractor shall perform all work required to provide the District with seven (7) new fully developed nested monitoring wells in accordance with the specifications and the contract drawings. The work at the well sites include: establishing and maintaining work areas in accordance with traffic control plan; verifying utility clearance at monitoring well locations; installation of noise control barrier walls (at the District’s option) and other measures as needed to comply with noise suppression requirements; notification to regulatory agencies prior to installation of any borehole upper annular seals and surface housings (manhole vaults); management, treatment, testing, and disposal of all project related fluids and drill soil cuttings, and excess project related materials and debris; borehole drilling; downhole geophysical survey; installation of well casing, screen, sand pack and intermediate and upper annular seals, and installation of monitoring well vaults; well development by bailing and surge pumping; and, site cleanup and restoration.
