Performing Arts Center Lighting and Sound Services The City of Lake Forest opened its first permanent Civic Center in Fall 2019. The Civic Center includes a 200-seat multi-use facility that serves as City Council Chambers for City Council meetings and also as a Performing Arts Center. As a Performing Arts Center, the facility is used by the City or by groups renting the facility. Services of the sound and lighting contractor will be required for as-yet-unscheduled rental and programming uses of the Performing Arts Center. Services for those uses may include Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.
