The work to be performed consists, in general, of cold planing the existing pavement to a depth of 0.33 feet onHaley Street from University Avenue to Panorama Drive; adjusting survey monuments, and water valves; installing0.20 feet of Type "A" Hot Mix Asphalt, and 0.15 feet of Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt, Traffic Stripes, PavementMarkings along the entire length of the project, and installing Type "D" Detector Loops and Type "E" Detector Loopsfor the northbound movements at Panorama Drive.
