Palm Elementary School Fencing Installation

Scope of Work General Notes: Maintain site security during the replacement of fence and provide temp fence as needed to secure site at end of work day. The contractor is responsible for the proper disposal of all debris. The contractor is to provide a safe and clean worksite. The contractor is to notify Facilities and receive approval written approval prior to start of work. The contractor is to review scope of work with Facilities prior to the scheduling of work. When R&R is called for it is to include the removal and disposal of existing fabric, replacement and/or straiten posts and rails as needed, coat existing posts and rails with galvalume, then installing new fabric and secure to posts and rails. All slats are to match school colors as close as possible from the standard color chart. Obtain written approval from the Facilities Department for color selection prior to ordering of materials.
