General Scope: Consultant shall provide services including tapping, stopping, and re-entry of Mueller Co. fittings (Line Stop, Side Tap, and Bottom Tap) on natural gas pipelines for the City. The consultant must provide two experienced technicians and both technicians must complete Operator Qualification (OQ) evaluations by City third party evaluator in compliance with Code of Federal Regulations Title 49 Part 192 and the City of Palo Alto’s requirements administered by Industrial Training Services (ITS).
