On-Call Right of Way Services

Scope of Services The City of Indio is seeking a qualified consultant to perform as-needed professional real property and right-of-way services to augment the City’s in-house resources to deliver necessary construction projects identified in the Capital Improvement Program. Duties will include necessary research, the preparation of right of way exhibits, legal descriptions and assisting the City in acquiring necessary right-of-way for the City’s proposed construction projects. The assignment entails rapid and thorough completion of various tasks. The consultant will serve as a reference and resource pertaining to questions regarding real property and right of way acquisition, in conformance with typical principles, polices, and practices.
