SCOPE OF SERVICES The services sought at this time are for those of on-call hazardous tree removal services which shall conform to the procedures of Exhibit 1, AGREEMENT FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES, of this RFP. In addition, all services shall be in conformance with all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations, as they may be revised from time to time. In brief, the services consist of the following: A. On-call and emergency tree removal, pruning, and maintenance services to prevent interference with District track and station access B. Removal and disposal of all tree debris C. Operation of owner-provided equipment which at minimum is a crane, bucket truck, grapple dump truck, and chipper
