Scope of Services In general, the Proposer shall perform geotechnical engineering and materials testing services on an “on call or as-needed” basis for various projects assigned by the City during the term of the agreement. The Proposer shall have demonstrated expertise and experience in the areas of geotechnical engineering, materials testing, soils analysis, and methods for achieving compaction specifications per City Standards and the Quality Assurance Program (QAP).
