SCOPE OF WORK The County intends to enter into a three-year professional services General Services Agreement (GSA) with the consultant(s) selected through this RFQ, with an option of two additional one-year extensions. The GSA will include the general provisions for the contractual agreement between the County and the consultant. Subsequent supplemental service agreements will be executed that describe the specific scope of services to be completed by the consultant. In general, the successful firm(s) will be expected to provide clean-energy related consulting services for facilities, fleet, and other public infrastructure. Examples of typical, high-level services include, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Strategic Energy Planning 2) Feasibility Studies 3) Technical Analysis 4) Financial Modeling 5) Energy Development Procurement 6) Project Commissioning 7) Performance Tracking
