Scope of Services The City is requesting Statement of Qualifications to provide: On-Call Design Services (“Services”) for three (3) years, with an option of renewing for two (2) consecutive one (1) year terms. Please refer to Exhibit “A” of this RFQ for a detailed scope of services that are being solicited. The City desires to obtain the services of a maximum of six (6) qualified firms to assist with On-Call Design Services. At least ten (10) years of experience providing similar services is required to oversee the work, stamp, and sign all project related documents as required.
