On-Call Civil Design and Project Management Consulting Services

SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for potential projects may include, but not be limited to: Assist the City in managing small to medium‐sized capital projects including, but not limited to, project planning, public outreach, preparation of engineering studies, utility research, and coordinate with other agencies, such as utility companies, and any other affected stakeholders. Assist the City in obtaining necessary approvals or agreements from/with local funding agencies, such as the Alameda County Transportation Commission, Metropolitan Transportation Commission, etc. Assist the City with the preparation of forms and documents to obtain NEPA approval, certify the Right of Way and obtain approval of the E-76 to construct for federallyfunded projects, managed by Caltrans Division of Local Assistance. Prepare baseline project schedules for the design phase using the critical path method, or mutually agreed upon format, and update the schedule as necessary.
