The Consultant may be requested to perform complete or RFP On-Call (As-Needed) Building Plan Review Services 5 partial reviews of projects for compliance with fire and life safety, structural, energy, green code, accessibility, electrical, mechanical and plumbing requirements in accordance with current applicable state and local codes
