The scope of work includes Services Prior to Construction, Services During Construction and Services After Construction. A Consultant Services Agreement will be executed for the combined services. It is the intent of the City to hire a consultant who will provide complete construction management, resident engineering, perform materials testing and inspect the construction of the project with minimal support from City personnel.
