North Harbor Transformer Replacement Project

SCOPE OF WORK A. The work of this Section includes furnishing and installing underground duct banks, pull boxes, hand holes, low voltage cables, and grounding system for the underground distribution system. B. All existing utilities are shown based on record documents, visual observation and port file information only. Refer to civil plans for additional information. C. Additional utilities may be present. Actual utility routing may vary. Contractor shall survey to identify, pot hole, trace and verify the location, depth and routing of all (E) utilities prior to excavation. D. New electrical infrastructure locations and routing including conduit routing and utility box locations are schematic in nature. The contractor is responsible for adjusting conduit routing, box locations, trench configurations and depths as required to accommodate (E) utility depths, while maintaining required separation between utilities per PG&E and G.O. 128 standards and while meeting specified minimum conduit bending radius requirements. E. Obtain port district approval for location and routing adjustments prior to excavation.
