Newport Harbor High School Varsity Baseball Field Artificial Turf Replacement

Scope of Services The BID includes, but is not limited to, a survey of the entire baseball field including the outfield. Removal of existing sod and dirt on the infield grass, infield dirt, and pitcher's mound as shown in the attached Exhibit. Grading and ground prep for artificial turf per manufacturer's recommendations. Sprinklers to be capped. Furnish and install artificial turf as shown on Exhibit per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Artificial turf to match existing turf on site and color finishes to be per attached Exhibit and as selected by the District. Contractor to protect in place existing turf & sod on field. Work includes all incidental items needed to complete scope including, but not limited to all equipment, temporary facilities, and accessories for artificial turf install for a complete project per the contract documents.
