Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a well-qualified Consultant, familiar with the work required under this RFP and capable of providing design services for the Newhall Park pool pump room. The selected Consultant shall prepare the required documents necessary to obtain approval of 100% plans, specifications and estimates. Services to be performed will encompass the design through construction phases of this project, which will include assessment of existing equipment, design development, preparation of construction plans, specifications and cost estimates, construction support, and record drawings.
