The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued by the City of Arcadia (“City”) to seek proposals (“Proposals”) for the design and construction of the Newcastle Park Renovation Project as described herein (“Project”). The work shall be proposed as a Design-Build project under the authority of Arcadia Municipal Code Article 1, Chapters 12 and 13. Following completion, the Project will be owned and operated by the City.
