Scope of Services The New Plant Facilities and Shop Replacement Projects will replace the adjacent existing Plant Facilities building A15 and Physical Plant Shops A16 with a new single-story, Type IIB, 17,275 SF (Includes Canopies and Covered Areas @ 50% Area -869 SF) building. The new building includes but is not limited to, mechanical shops, shop support spaces, administrative offices, open office space, meeting room, lounge, restroom, locker rooms, showers, mechanical spaces, site work, landscape and bio-filtration area. Building A15 and A16 will be demoed after the completion of the new building.
