PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the proposed development of a new passive park in the City of Orange on County of Orange Flood Control property to meet the needs of the community in the west side of the City of Orange. The project should include but not be limited to: ADA concrete paving, fencing, monumentation/trail signage, LED area lighting, electrical infrastructure for security cameras. Potential park amenities are included in the attached conceptual design (Attachment 2). A bathroom will not be included in the design. The proposed passive park will be developed on a portion of the Parcel, approximately 1.8-acres along the western boundary of the Parcel. Exact property boundaries to be determined prior to award of project.
