SCOPE OF WORK The District will have the need to procure profes s ional s ervices from a licens ed and/ or certified Lead, As bes tos , & Hazardous Materials s urvey and tes ting laboratory cons ultant as projects are developed to ens ure that the project s ites and exis ting improvements are free from hazardous materials , and/ or to verify the pres ence of hazardous materials and develop a work plan to remove, contain, or otherwis e mitigate the effects of hazardous materials to the s chool s ite. All work by this cons ultant mus t be performed in accordance with Divis ion of State Architect (DSA), California Department of Education (CDE), California Department of Toxic Subs tances Control (DTSC), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), California Occupational Safety and Health Adminis tration (Cal‐ OSHA), and all other agencies having juris diction.
