SCOPE OF WORK Mokelumne Manor residential road reconstruction along Mokelumne Avenue, Manor Avenue and Manor Court. 6-inch-deep mill road surface. Contractor can reuse milled material as base for new Asphalt Concrete (AC) but only as best management practices and that of the County of San Joaquin Standards allow.
