Scope of Services The City of Bell, California, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Mobile Home Park & Housing Unit Maintenance Services. The city manages two mobile home parks (Florence Village Mobile Home Park, and Bell Mobile Home Park); and several single/multi-family units. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing their own tools and equipment to provide general maintenance services. The City desires to enter into an Agreement for one (1) year, with one (1) optional one-year extension.
