SCOPE OF WORK: The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is seeking a qualified consultant (hereinafter referred to as the “CONSULTANT”) to develop calibrated multi-modal microsimulation models along Harbor Boulevard (approximately 12 miles) between the Fullerton Transportation Center (FTC) in the City of Fullerton and the OCTA Santa Ana Base in the City of Santa Ana (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”). The Project shall analyze key aspects of current traffic operations along the Project corridor using microsimulation models, with particular focus on improving bus operations such as safety, travel time, and travel time reliability
