Scope of Services The scope of this project is: Preparation of conceptual site plans & construction implementation recommendations for each of the FMFCD basins listed in this RFQ. Based on the final conceptual plan, as approved by the City and with community input, prepare final Construction Documents for each site. The City reserves the right to proceed with the final Construction Document Phase for any or all of the basin locations.
