The City of Westminster is seeking a qualified Design-Build Entity to provide professional engineering design services and construction services for the Little Saigon Gateway Arch Project. The location for the proposed Project is at the intersection of Bolsa Avenue and Weststate Street in Westminster, California. Existing conditions along Bolsa Avenue include three westbound travel lanes, one direct westboundleft-turn lane, three eastbound travel lanes, and a raised center median. Bolsa Avenue is approximately 97 feet from face of curb to face of curb. Attached sidewalk is present along both sides of the roadway and a single bus stop is located along the northern curb.
