SCOPE OF WORK The County wishes to retain the services of a single consultant to provide professional environmental services over a three-year period. The County intends to enter into a General Services Agreement (MSA) with the consultant selected through this RFQ. The MSA will include the general provisions for the contractual agreement between the County and the consultant. Subsequent supplemental service agreements will be executed that describe the specific scope of services to be completed by the consultant. The consultant will provide environmental testing, sampling, reporting, monitoring, engineering, and other related services that are necessary to comply with the requirements of the following documents. Additional services may be included as the County is made aware of new environmental requirements.
