SCOPE OF WORK Lake Transit Authority (Authority or Owner) is seeking professional construction management services to oversee the project described in Section II. The project will be constructed using the Design-Build methodology and construction is anticipated to start in 2025. Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals as defined by the project specifications. The primary responsibility of the Construction Project Manager is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring constraints. The primary constraints are scope, time, and budget.
