Scope of Services Los Angeles Harbor College is requesting bids from vendors to provide restoration services in the Fine Arts building. The repairs to be done are a result of water remediation resulting from a domestic clean water flood, a remediation contractor removed approximately 12 to 14 inches of plaster from most areas described above with the exception of the restrooms. The restrooms will need a total renovation that includes new drywall hard lid, walls, tile wainscot, light fixtures, ventilation fan register and switches utilizing the existing conduit. Any wall that will require repairs will need to have then entire wall primed and painted.
