SCOPE OF WORK All changes to the Contract shall be made by written change order only. All extra work shall be recorded by the Contractor on a daily report signed by both the City and the Contractor. The “daily reports” shall thereafter be considered the true record of extra work performed. A copy of the daily reports will be furnished to the Contractor. The contractor is directed to Section 9-1.04 of this Invitation for Bids.
