LACOSAN Full Circle Effluent Pipeline Project Update to the 2004 Preliminary Design Report

SCOPE OF SERVICE. Consultants shall provide a detailed scope of work which covers the items outlined below along with any additional items that the Consultant deems necessary to deliver the Project in accordance with District requirements. Respondents shall identify and outline all deliverables that the District will be receiving as each task is completed. DISTRICT is seeking the services of a qualified engineering consultant to identify and prepare the needed studies, preliminary design, and revisions to the Preliminary Design Report document. Prospective consultants or team of consultants should provide detailed descriptions of their proposed approach to the project tasks below for which they are proposing, identifying the critical milestones as necessary.
