Jefferson Park Pool Fence Renovation

The work to be performed consists, in general, of JEFFERSON PARK POOL FENCE RENOVATION– Construction of a new steel fence with steel gates is required. The new fence will be replacing existing fencing around the Pool. The existing fence is to be demolished and removed in its entirety. The contractor may exercise the option of leaving the existing fence in place and construct alongside with the new. The security of the Pool is to be maintained throughout the entire project. This may be done with leaving the existing fencing in place or with temporary fence or the combination thereof. Minor grading, excavation and compaction are required for the fence post foundations and curbing. Placement of steel reinforcement and structural concrete is to be constructed for the fence post footings.
