Installation of Centerline Striping and Centerline Rumble Strips on Roads With High Collision Concentrations

SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work by the Contractor. The Contract Documents are complementary, and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all. All work mentioned or indicated in the Contract Documents, and all work reasonably inferable from them, shall be performed by the Contractor as part of the Contract unless it is specifically indicated in the Contract Documents that such work is to be done by others. Nothing in the specifications voids the Contractor's public safety responsibilities. In the event of a conflict between any of the Contract Documents, the provision placing a more stringent requirement on the Contractor shall prevail. The Contractor shall provide the better quality or greater quantity of work and/or materials unless otherwise directed by the County in writing.
