Scope Of Work The City’s usage of the Consultant’s services are on an as-needed basis such that if the demand is not there, then the services will not be requested. For each on-call service request, the Consultant and the City will agree upon the specific scope of work and cost for that project. The City has the right to retain other consulting firms at its sole discretion when the City believes there will be an economic or other significant advantage for doing so. The contract with the City is not guaranteed to be awarded any specific work and will not be eligible for any compensation except to the extent that the work is authorized and completed to the City’s satisfaction per the terms of associated contracts. Services for each contract will be provided on a negotiated fee basis, per work order
