SCOPE OF SERVICES The City expects office hours to be held throughout a typical week to hold weekly development review meetings, discuss project status with staff, review plans, and generally be available for those who may need engineering services. The City requires that a formally assigned “City Engineer” is available to conduct all City Engineering services, including answer all staff, community and City Council questions, attend City Council and Planning Commission meetings as necessary, help design, inspect, prepare and oversee conditions of approval, monitor and oversee all capital improvement project and development project. The City further expects that the assigned City Engineer is supported by a team of engineers to design, inspect, monitor and oversee capital improvement projects and development projects.
