Project Scope of Work. Project includes pavement work, concrete repair including curb and gutter, curb ramp, sidewalk, driveway approach, utility work, striping, and other tasks as described in the specifications. This contract is for as-needed paving repair services, which shall not exceed $550,000 per fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) for an initial one year contract term, with an option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-year terms exercisable at the discretion of the Public Works Director. The City retains the right to exercise the optional renewal(s) at its sole and absolute discretion.
