SCOPE OF SERVICES All work described below will be done in conjunction with the City’s ongoing review and approval process for the Fire Station No. 4 Replacement project described above. The Consultant’s services shall include full construction management services as required to assist City staff in the management of the final design, bidding phase, and construction of the Fire Station No. 4 Replacement project as well as with any claims or other contract disputes that may arise.
