The Work will consist of pressure washing, scrap and sand loose paint, remove old caulk, mold or mildew, repairs to wood caused by carpenter bees and woodpeckers, exterior painting and more. Successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, consumables which shall include, but shall not be limited to, workers’ supplies or protective garments, disposable items used in furtherance of completing the Work, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein.
