Stucco repair including patching and/or replacement work to eliminate cracks, dents, blisters, buckles, delamination, crazing and check to crack, dry outs, efflorescence, sweat outs, and similar defects and where bond to the substrate has failed. Repair damaged exterior wall finish coat to match the surrounding finish. Repair products and materials shall be subject to County approval and the Contractor shall submit product data for each type of repair product proposed.
