SCOPE OF SERVICES The County seeks professional services to perform, prepare, and review environmental technical studies submitted as part of the Ophir Rd disaster recovery application for CDBG-DR. If the prospective Consultant requests the County provide specific information, the Consultant should clearly state these requests in their Proposal. When ready the County will submit relevant project plans, scope, and existing studies to the Consultant for review. Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving this information, the Consultant shall provide preliminary feedback and comments to assist the County in determining the scope of professional services required to complete the process. All plans and other applicable technical information will be available to the Consultant as required
