It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara – Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Electrical Repairs at various locations countywide on an “as needed” basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year. Successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, consumables, material, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as described herein. Contractor shall be required to provide the necessary trained personnel and supervision to perform Electrical Repairs on an “as needed” basis at various locations countywide as describe herein.
