Scope of Work: 1.1 Work will be performed as directed by San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) Engineering, and may include some or all of the tasks described in the Scope of Work. Estimated work hours on the Bid Sheet will define the do-not-exceed amount of the agreement unless amended by Change Order. It is expected that the Contractor, District staff, and 3rd party vendor/contractors working to deploy the Next Generation faregate project will work together to create site specific work, project plans and the Engineer’s Task Orders to install new communication and electrical infrastructure to allow for the installation of the Next Generation Fare Gates.
