El Modena Park Ball Field Netting Design

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will include a foul ball trajectory study and subsequent analysis as necessary to calculate the netting height and span of the protective netting to provide appropriate protection of adjacent homes, park users, street traffic, and parked cars. The project will also include demolition and removal of the existing backstop and provide a new safety netting system along the first and third baselines of the baseball field which may or may not include utilizing the existing light poles. The project should include but not be limited to: new support poles and/or potential use of existing Musco light poles as support system for new netting, safety netting, , and electrical infrastructure for future security cameras.
