Scope of ServicesOntario Municipal Utilities Company (OMUC) is requesting a fee proposal from Consultants for providing design services for the Design Services for Edison Avenue and Bon View Avenue Water Improvements and Bon View Avenue Sewer Improvements (UT1079) project. The Consultant shall complete a single preliminary design report, two separate improvement construction bid packages, and provide bidding support for: Water Improvements - 0.5-mile, 12-inch potable water main in Edison Avenue between Bon View Avenue and Grove Avenue, where it will be connected to an existing 30-inch transmission main located on Grove Avenue; a 0.5-mile, 12-inch potable water main in Bon View Avenue between Edison Avenue and the Eucalyptus Avenue, where it will connect at an existing 12-inch water main stub out north of the intersection of Eucalyptus Avenue and Bon View Avenue.
